Nathan Gill at Premier League graduation ceremony

Nathan Gill is a Senior Professional Academy Scout & Talent ID Coach at Arsenal FC, Chair of The FA's Inclusion Advisory Group, and the founder of False9 Elite Coaching.

A multifaceted background combining 27 years of football expertise as a player, coach and scout with over a decade of senior relationship management experience working across the public sector to FTSE 100 firms — resulting in a unique skillset that spans both elite football and corporate spheres.

Nathan is a UEFA B licensed coach and an Inclusion Chair for The FA, and has completed several elite accelerator programmes including the Premier League Future Academy Leaders Programme, the FA Coach Development Programme and the FA Regional Development Programme.

As a British‑Asian operating at the elite level, Nathan has spent his career challenging the boundaries of who gets seen, supported, and selected. False9 Elite Coaching exists to bring that elite knowledge directly to families — giving young players the honest assessment, structured plan and real‑world connections to give them a genuine shot at the professional game.
